NEGOTIATED CONSORTIA RATES

CentREZ has established relationships and system interfaces with the top travel agency consortia, allowing your hotel to easily participate in annual rate programs.

Our proprietary, single point-of-entry RFP tool is easy to use. You simply select the programs that will work for your hotel, display your GDS hotel description from the CentREZ database and complete a few additional fields. Once complete, your request is either printed in the consortia required format or, depending on the consortia program, automatically submitted. In addition, your property information is stored in the CentREZ database -- so, next year it's even easier!

All Tour operators have a connection to GDS using this consortia programs.

If your hotel is or becomes a consortia member, you have the option to set your negotiated rate and availability for each consortia and to thousands of associated agents. Through CentREZ your consortia negotiated rates are listed in the GDS.

The Request For Proposal (RFP) form will be sent automatically from our database to all consortia using all the available information. The single form will save your hotel hours of filling out extensive applications for each consortium individually. Hotels will be able to fill all negotiated rates including Pseudo City Codes in an interactive online form that will automatically update GDS.
